At Chris Jovin Photography, we value your time and trust. This policy explains our rules for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for photography services, albums, prints, and other deliverables.

1. Booking & Advance Payment

All bookings require an advance payment to confirm the date.

Advance payments are non-refundable, as the date is exclusively reserved for you and cannot be allotted to another client.

2. Cancellation by the Client

If you cancel the booking:

More than 7 days before the event:

Advance amount is non-refundable, but you may reschedule once without extra charge (based on availability).

Within 7 days of the event:

No refund + rescheduling may require an additional charge.

On the event day or last minute:

No refund will be provided.

3. Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your session one time for free if informed at least 7 days in advance.

Rescheduling within 7 days may require additional charge depending on date availability.

4. Cancellation by Photographer

In extremely rare situations (health issues, emergencies, unavoidable reasons), if we cancel:

Full advance amount will be refunded, OR

A new date will be offered (client’s choice).

We will also arrange an alternative professional photographer if possible.

5. Refunds for Edited Photos / Albums

Refunds cannot be provided for:

Editing work already completed

Delivered digital files

Printed albums, frames, or any customized products

Since these are made specially for you, they cannot be reused.

6. Delay in Delivery

If delivery is delayed due to technical issues, printing delays, or unavoidable reasons:

We will notify you immediately.

No refunds will be issued, but we ensure the earliest possible delivery.

7. No-show Policy

If the client is not available at the venue during the scheduled time:

No refund will be issued.

Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time.
