Shipping Policy

At Chris Jovin Photography, we aim to deliver your albums, prints, frames, and other products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle deliveries for physical and digital products.

1. Delivery of Digital Files

For digital photos, edited images, or online galleries:

Files will be delivered through Google Drive / cloud link / email.

Delivery time: 5–15 working days (depends on the project).

Links will remain active for 30 days. Please download and back up your files within this period.

No shipping charges apply for digital deliveries.

2. Shipping of Physical Products

Physical items such as:

Photo albums

Printed photos

Frames

Pen drives

Gift boxes

are shipped through trusted courier partners.

Shipping Time

Standard delivery: 5–12 working days within India.

Custom album delivery: 10–20 working days (depending on design & printing).

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary by product weight and delivery location.

Charges will be shown during booking or before dispatch.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed once editing is completed and approved by the client.

Album printing begins only after final confirmation from the client.

4. Tracking Information

A tracking ID will be shared once the product is shipped.

Delivery status can be checked using the courier partner’s tracking system.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care during packaging.

If your product arrives damaged:

You can request a replacement if:

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

You provide clear photos/video of the damaged product

The damage is from courier handling

If the package is lost during transit, we will:

Raise a claim with the courier

Provide replacement if confirmed lost

6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please provide the correct address and phone number while booking.

If a wrong address is given, reshipping charges may apply.

Courier delays due to pin code or regional issues are beyond our control.

7. In-person Pickup

Clients who are nearby may choose:

Studio pickup

Meet-up delivery (based on availability)

No shipping charges apply.
