Terms & Conditions

A booking is confirmed only after an advance payment is made.

The advance is non-refundable (as the date is blocked exclusively).

Full payment must be completed before delivering final edited images, albums, or other products.

Prices may change based on requirements, timing, travel, and additional services.

2. Event Timing & Conduct

Clients must ensure that events start on time.

Extra hours beyond the agreed duration will be charged additionally.

Any delay caused by the client may result in fewer photos or missed moments.

Proper cooperation is expected for smooth coverage.

3. Travel & Location Charges

Additional charges apply for locations outside the base area (Bangalore).

Parking, entry fees, or venue permits (if required) must be covered by the client.

4. Photo Selection & Editing

Editing style is based on the photographer’s creative judgment.

Only selected photos (as per package) will be edited and delivered.

Raw files are not shared unless specified and charged separately.

Requests for heavy retouching, body reshaping, or premium edits may have additional costs.

5. Delivery Timeline

Digital photos: 5–15 working days

Albums: 10–20 working days after client approval

Frames/prints: 7–15 working days

Timelines may vary during peak season.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

All photos are owned by Chris Jovin Photography under copyright law.

Clients receive rights to use photos for personal use only.

Photos may be used by the photographer for portfolio, website, and social media only after client approval.

Commercial usage by the client requires written permission.

7. Client Responsibilities

Ensure the photographer has proper access to venue and shooting locations.

Inform us about important rituals/moments in advance.

In case of group photos, posing, or family pictures, the client must coordinate attendees.

8. Team Safety

The client must ensure a safe environment for the photography team.

Misbehavior, harassment, or unsafe surroundings may lead to stopping the shoot without refund.

9. Cancellation & Refund

Advance payments are non-refundable.

10. Equipment Failure or Technical Issues

In rare cases of equipment failure, sudden illness, or emergency:

We will arrange a replacement photographer if possible

Or provide a full refund of the advance

No additional compensation is provided beyond the refund.

11. Final Product

We are not responsible for:

Lost photos due to client not downloading within link expiry

Third-party printing quality unless printed through us

Delays caused by printing labs

Final creative style, colors, tones, and editing decisions belong to the photographer.

12. Agreement

By booking our service, the client agrees to all terms mentioned above and acknowledges understanding of the policies.
